Sending certain characters to text boxes will pull down or highlight menus, not sending all characters to text box.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sending certain characters to Backtrack will access menus instead of sending 
those characters to the text boxes.
2. Characters noticed so far are 's','b','m'.
3.Using Complete Linux Installer to download and run the image file for 
Backtrack.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Characters and strings to be sent to text boxes.

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?

Android-VNC-viewer, latest as of 8/19/12

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?

What device are you using?

Even in the middle of a word, specific characters will automatically go to 
accessing the menus in Backtrack, leaving behind the rest of the characters in 
the intended text-box recipient. I'll enter something like 'kismet' into the 
software manager search box and 'kiet' will be the only text entered into that 
search box. The menus are then either highlighted afterword or pulled down.
