Not possible to set valve states #15

Is there a way in which I can define the valve state that is not done by editing the template?

The template is not updated if the network is re-numbered and thus becomes quite cumbersome to do it manually each time

I think it was not implemented yet but I will overcheck it later, sorry for the delay to answer!

If you have some coding experience, you can try to open a github fork and code by yourself or hire someone to do it. Now I am short on time to help you.
