[User] Ocean status table - Order by fish or dollar amount #157

This table is on the right of the user's view during a simulation.

The table is currently static, we should be able to have it dynamically change as users (bots or humans) fish.

This ordering can be by fish or dollar amount (and one of these should be the default, likely $ amount)

The current user (you) should be highlighted in someway, such as a coloured row or bold
