Started creating tutorial with the bootstro tool

Things to do:

• Get acceptable wording for explanations
• Determine which elements need explanation
• Add tutorial button to information window

A few other things to note, besides the bullet points you list:

• As it stands, the tutorial kicks in while the simulation is actually running. I think one good approach would be to give the option to enter the tutorial when at the initial modal window, and if the user goes for it, to stay on the same state (reading the rules) until the tutorial is done. I think that's what you mean by adding it on the information window.
• Some page elements are not included in some simulations, depending on microworld settings. For instance, the status and names of other fishers may be invisible to the user. This has implications for the tutorial text.
• We need to make the tutorial a choice for experimenters for each microworld. Let me know if you need help with that.

Thanks Randi, looking better! A couple of comments:

• The pause/resume tip seems to be pointing to the top left corner instead of to the actual button
• The pull request as it stands is in conflict with master--can you please rebase?
