Closes #165.

These configuration files have been already tested to work with Travis CI and Coveralls.io using my forked repository at nsue/fish

I just don't have privileges to enable Travis CI with the click of a button for the jorgearanda/fish repo, otherwise I would have already did that too.

Hadn't seen coveralls before but that looks like it'll help us out.

Just need to login and enable Travis CI for the repo at https://travis-ci.org/profile and same at https://coveralls.io/repos/new
