Introduce user authentication and management #64

I need to add one more significant concept into Fish---management of simulations by users. A researcher needs to be able to create her own simulations, kept apart from those of other researchers. That way, researchers from different labs/groups can use the same server and not worry about unauthorized data access.

This issue entails:

Revisiting user authentication pages
Keeping a user access file, and having the server authenticate user credentials
(When the functionality to access logs online is implemented,) displaying only the logs associated with the logged user

I've created a bunch of issues (under the "user management" label) to take care of the details of this issue, so I'm going to close this one and keep the others open.
