Every bot may be fishing the same amount if the fish stock is medium-sized (say 40). Need to introduce greater variation.

Correction: bots fish the same amount always, regardless of whether the Erratic parameter is On. This is still a bug: as per Bob Gifford's request, there should be some fishing amount variation around the greediness parameter.
