I recently used your plugin on my personal redmine instance. I'm serving it through Apache & Passanger but I have it mapped to a sub-uri (/redmine in my case)
The plugin was running into a couple 404's because the erb template wasn't accounting for that setup. In particular the javascript Githubissues.
Githubissues is a development platform for aggregating issues.
