Home display not showing last hour correctly #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Installed and setup environment. Using updated measureit_fuctions.php. System 
correctly displaying current temperature and power consumption. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Last hour is always showing 0 KWh and 0 cost but other three last fields are 
showing correct values.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 112 version on Raspberry PI.

Last hour usage and prices are processed once in a hour. In a fresh 
installation there is always no data. 

If you have no data for a longer time there must be a problem. 
Let me know if you are getting data after some time.

This installation had been running for about 5 hours when I took the screen 
shot.

Having just looked now that we have gone past midnight and into a new day then 
I am getting numbers being reported now.
