feature request: multiple energy cost during the day #9

Here in Portugal (and some other countries too) we can have one energy price 
for all day, 2 prices (normal cost, low usage cost) and 3 prices (peak usage, 
normal, low usage). Right now only the single price is supported.

it would be great if measureit could  support the other 2 types, specially the 
2 prices, as its a lot more common

feature added in version 112 that is ow online.

you can now add as much prices as you want during the day and for every clamp 
an other price if necessary. Price changes can be supported to. just create a 
new date and the new prices. have much fun
