XmlRpcServerProtocol should be derived from MarshalByRefObject. the system.* methods does not work with remoting object #34

in order for a rpcserivce registered through remoting it must be dervied 
from MarshalByRefObject but XmlRpcServerProtocol not dervied which mean 
that my service will not have the rpc stander info methods. currely  
XmlRpcServerProtocol is drived from System.Object.
