It would be nice to have a mode that completely lacked indentation, yet
didn't use any single tags (<value/>) but instead used <value></value>.

I believe it's xmlrpc++ that needs this to work properly. I had to make the
modifications myself. Unfortunately, that patch is now on a USB drive that
is lost.

So this is more of a suggestion for future enhancement - for
compatibility's sake it would be nice to have a compact, simply parsed
version of that sort.
