Issue with powershell and registry access denied #6

Hi, I got an issue when I try to execute the powershell script.

Access denied to the registry.

I am domain admin and it prevent me to run the powershell.

How I can do to run the ps1 ad admin by adding the executiopolicy in it or something like this.
