delete "checkout as member". make it: "join and create folio"

@timmcelwee is "create a folio" the official terminology across the entire app instead of checkout?

No. It should be check out when it's time to check out. If I'm correct, this particular button was for someone who wanted to check out as a guest but changed their mind and now wanted to check out as a member. Across the apt, when people want to become members I thought we said "join and create folio". If you think this is confusing to the user let me know and we'll keep as is. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
