I love tickets. The metrics stuff is super intricate and we have to get it right. You'll probably get celeb commissions later rather than sooner fyi. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T

@timmcelwee @dprats @SOFIAPGM @gsusco This is our current understanding:

Sales: Commission is given to the first model whose image was opened before check out (not adding the product), even if the product purchased is not related to the model, and the commission is a percentage of all items in the shopping cart.

Membership: Commission is given 50/50 to the first and the last model clicked on before a membership is bought.

We have to program the site with these rules in mind, so let us know. If you are planning on adjusting or changing these, maybe we should include these in the second phase (that is my impression from your comment, @timmcelwee ).

i think you have it right but to reiterate:

Biz rules for celebs, commission is paid to:

  1. pt. of entry
  2. where sale occurs.

For now do 50/50

Commissions will be paid from 4 catagoires:

  1. direct sale -- this is a sale that occurs within a celebs boutique
  2. indirect sale. a user enters one boutique but makes purchase in another.
  3. Membership -- User becomes member in your boutique
  4. traffic -- how many users a celeb is driving to the site.

For clarification: Will a product be assigned to multiple celebrity boutiques? Or only a specific model will back a product?

Point of entry: Does this mean that they landed here from a different website? Or that they clicked the page from any other part of the site. This is important for the traffic metric.

@chaconj you have in you´re account what items are for what celebrity, they are different items for each girl!
