Bottle Necks #84

These are the bottlenecks for us:

Since the processing takes 4 business days, we are expecting that the application will be processed today at the latest. Since we need to do some testing, not having this ready today will directly affect our ability to deliver upon the Dec. 15th deadline. Additional days will push the delivery date forward.

What do we need to do for SSL and for banking?

SSL needs site to be live right ? With hostgator that should be addressed, correct?

Hostgator has its own SSL certificate, however we highly recommend that we go with VeriSign. This is the link to their premium package: http://www.symantec.com/verisign/ssl-certificates/secure-site-pro-ev?inid=vrsn_symc_ssl_SSPEV

(There is an easy "buy now" feature")

Verisign it is. What do we have to do and what info do you need from us once we do this?

Great @dprats !

First, you need to request a CSR from Hostgator, then purchase the SSL from VeriSign, and lastly, request the certificate to be installed by Hostgator.

SSL:

  1. I requested the CSR from Hostgator as requested. It says I will get the CSR in 12-24 hours. I am attaching the screenshot of the mesage I received in link below:

  1. I evaluated various SSL certificates from Verisign. I found one I like. Once i get the CSR I will purchase the SSL certificate.
  2. Once bought, I will request certificate be installed.

Banking Info:

From #71:

I got the documents from Sofia. I have reviewed them. I cannot sign for them (it mus be @timmcelwee ) so I have given him the documents to sign and scan.

@SOFIAPGM @chaconj once signed and scanned are the documents being emailed top Joel or you guys?

The only thing left on my end is the SSL. Tim is purchasing the Certificate, but I am waiting on Hostgator to send me the CSR.

We are unable to accept the photos of the documents. Your client will need to fax or scan and email the documents to me. In addition, due to the high dollar amount in transactions I suggest your client be prepared to send 3 months of bank statements for the business or the individual owner. The most critical step is to send the application and pricing by fax or scan and email. All of the information and codes must be completely legible on the documents. The next step is to get bank statements ready as I believe underwriting will probably request them. Thanks for your help.

I want to verify that there are no more bottlenecks here. According to my notes we have given you guys all the info you need. I am re-assigning for verifcation.
