Generate automatic list of edits for articles

It would be nice to have an automatic list of times that a given article has been updated (i.e typo fix or update).

Ideal solution:

• Generated automatically for all articles
• Should use the Git commit message for populating the instance
• Only based on editing the markdown file (ignore themes or other changes)
• Link to the commit 🚀
• Exclude some commit messages with a given prefix/tag (i.e [no-update]) 🤷‍♂

Commit 2a5046fa0fb8ae4b8bd51eff096793f2d4c629b9 adds a "Last edited" headline to all the articles extracted from the .GitInfo object.

It is not perfect as appears that theme modifications also have an impact on the .GitInfo.Lastmod field 🤔
