Trying to decode base 64 string to pdf file #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Apv not loading blank pdf pages deoded from base64 string its showing a 
dialog called could not render page 0.I tried the same content on adobe reader 
its correctly opening the blank pdf pages

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
