Fix vector elements for latest API (0.7.0).
Thoroughly test single precision meshes and functions. Various adjustments to hardcoded or implicit tolerances, that now explicitly depend on the floating type
Use engine="BP4" in VTXWriter due to: https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/-/issues/22108
Slightly more consistent usage of mesh.comm in demos.
Add demo_stokes.py to webpage using jupytext.
