Bump app-editor/vscodium-bin to 1.54.3 and drop two old version #290

I had the feeling that there are too many versions, so I dropped two older ones. Feel free to pick only the first commit and leave the old versions there. v1.54.3 tested in my ~amd64 VM, no problems so far :)
