Update PYTHON_COMPAT of dev-python/python-nmap-0.6.1 and net-wireless/kickthemout-9999. Also remove net-wireless/kickthemout-0.1 since it supports python 2.7 only. Not tested. Fixes #313 #331
Since some time, Gentoo complains that net-wireless/kickthemout-9999 is broken (#313). This PR fixes Gentoo's error message. However, I didn't test if the package actually works with the given versions of Python since I don't use that package. I'd propose to go ahead and see if someone complains?
