Same here. After the first installation it ran once, after restarting the error appeared. Ingram can no longer be started.

Kali Linux Python 3.10.8

the same issues, macos 14.0, python 3.9-3.11, the same error and empty log files

you can add the "--debug" param when run the Ingram, this can generate error msg in the log file

only missing snapshots folder

Create the 'snapshots' folder and then run the script again.
