[REQ] When user selects a valid spacecraft and trip, the SonetPCPFilterQt window should retrieve the filter and display it in the table view

• When window SonetPCPFilterQt is being constructed, it has a list with all the available spacecrafts.
  • I should store in a dict all the filters at the begining, so if the user modifies them and then cancel I can restore them.
• Also, I will store the current filters in a separate dict.
• When the user selects a valid spacecraft and filter, I will display in the table view the current available filter for that spacecraft and that trip.
