That way we could just order it in some cheap material, since right now seems to be the only 'complicate' step in the production process.

Way ahead of ya bro. Added to nrfmicro 1.3 downloads months ago you must be blind.

Well maybe it's not JLCPCB ready I haven't tried ordering a real stencil only a handmade one. It's essentially a soldering paste layer I guess it can be depicted from the gerbers.
