List of changes:

USB connector shifted up to allow for another row of 0603 devices.
Prog pin pulled down to ground again.
Red charging LED and resistor added again.
Capacitor between 3v3 regulator and ground added.
2M pulldown resistor to ground for VCC transistor added.
Full SWD and USB breakouts added.
