Build script update #21

Thank you! No issues migrating to SDL 2.0.22? Please update BUILD.md to point people to the correct SDL version as well.

I actually had to update SDL because I couldn't build the appimage. I do not remember which error was but something with linking SDL. 2.0.22 works fine for me but I've only tested on Linux.

Thanks! While we're at it, do you mind making a similar PR for Mighty Mike too, so the collection is complete? I don't have an aarch64/Linux machine at hand to test on.
