CPU clock and frequency incorrect #579

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:" 4300 MHz on all 8 cores, 200 MHz Bus Speed
Reading: 3949 MHz on cores, 184 MHz Bus speed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OHW 0.6.0, Windows 7 x64 Professional

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 v1.1

Report attached. This is where I *think* the problem arises:

I have my processor at a constant 4.3GHz w/ no power saving features enabled in 
BIOS. OpenHardwareMonitor will detect the correct frequency upon start, but 
show incorrect values after the initial reading. OHW reads my voltages and 
temperatures very accurately compared to any other program I've tried. The only 
issue is with DRAM voltage, but I have to add .015v in BIOS to get a 1.500v 
readout within BIOS. I have seen many other reports of Gigabyte boards giving 
incorrect readings in Windows, especially voltage readings.

With a new BIOS flash, readings are correct. After a reboot, the problem 
returns.

I can keep the problem from happening if I enter the CMOS setup at boot and 
exit the utility without saving.

Inserted new CPU with new BIOS version. Now on an FX-8370 @ 4.8GHz. FSB reading 
and Core Frequency readings are incorrect still without a boot into BIOS and 
exiting without saving.

Problem with core frequency is fixed when the CPU-NB is not overclocked, but 
the FSB reading is still incorrect. Strange.
