I can keep the problem from happening if I enter the CMOS setup at boot and
exit the utility without saving.

Inserted new CPU with new BIOS version. Now on an FX-8370 @ 4.8GHz. FSB reading
and Core Frequency readings are incorrect still without a boot into BIOS and
exiting without saving.

Problem with core frequency is fixed when the CPU-NB is not overclocked, but
the FSB reading is still incorrect. Strange.
