Feature Request: Set Log File Location #644

Right now, the log file defaults to the program file location and a date .  
Could there be a setting which allows the log file to be placed in another 
location or follow a different name?  It is useful if running several tests not 
to always use the same date-based file name or to put the files in different 
directories.
