Permission denied for GALES #15

When I had tried to get GALES via $git clone https://github.com/jorvis/GALES.git I got the following: fatal: could not create work tree dir 'GALES': Permission denied

What directory where you in when you did that command? My guess is you were somewhere you didn't have permission to create a directory.
