install from source requirement.txt error on pkgutil #341

Hello very good Rwkv project. I wants to test with your runner but installing dependencies python 3.12 in virtenv. pip install -r ./backend-python/requirements.txt failed.

I have try all solution give on : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77364550/attributeerror-module-pkgutil-has-no-attribute-impimporter-did-you-mean
