Update to V2 and fix a bug #9

This PR contains two commits:

  1. Make minimal changes required to get the plugin to work on VCV Rack V2 that was released a few weeks ago.
  2. Fix a possible crash issue with out of bounds access to an array.

I'm not sure I've done the right thing to get to a v2 version. I can't find it in the repository so I guess other steps are needed. What am I supposed to do next?

Once you are comfortable that the plugin is ready for the library, add a comment in the VCV Library Issue for your plugin with the following text:

Update plugin to V2
Location: https://github.com/josbouten/Sculpt-O-Sound
Version: 2.1.0
Commit Hash: ab493b8823b889f5e1998c1ccc07dcb5317557dd

VCV automation and the staff will do the rest to get it into the Library.
