can you please add fold/un-fold keyboard shortcut ? #338

I really like you ctrl+D shortcut that select the same text on whole json but its get difficult to fold/un-fold the large json it would be easut if can add a keyboard short to fold current parent tree item

also add the fold/un-fold toolbar button in text view please
