Remove deprecated unwrapped fragment expression

As a user, I want to remove deprecated unwrapped fragment expression so that I can use the new Thymeleaf Fragment Expression introduced since version 3.0

Acceptance Criteria

• I do not see the actStandardFragmentInsertionTagProcessor Thymeleaf warning in the logs
• I can see Thymeleaf fragment expression in all Thymeleaf templates (https://github.com/josdem/vetlog-spring-boot/tree/master/src/main/resources/templates)
