As a user, I want to prevent pet deletion if this pet is in adoption status.

Acceptance Criteria

I have a message to the user with this information: "We can not delete this pet, because it is in adoption"
I can see this translation if the user's configuration is Spanish: "No podemos borrar la mascota porque está en adopción"
