Missing installer folder #8

The folder where the necessary code to build the windows installer and the deb package is not present in the repository. Although this is a mistake from the source management point of view, solving this issue has no implications related to the releases.

Issue solved just modifying the .gitignore file, which avoided the management of the complete installer sub-folder.
