Force quits on enable tether - HTC Incredible 2.2 Redemptive ROM #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Wired Tether
2. Enable Tether
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tether should be enabled but instead force quits everytime without fail.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4, on Android 2.2

There are 2 issues with this ROM.  I've tried several times to get it to work 
with no luck.  1 is that since he ships it with the wireless tether there is 
another version of libnativetask.so on the phone, if you uninstall wireless 
tether that will get rid of it, but the 2nd issue is that the kernel he ships 
with it doesn't support usb tethering.  I've tried to get him to rebuild with 
the dot in RNDIS but have never gotten a response.  

This guy has wired tether support, using his kernel in combination with the 
MIUI ROM was the best combo I could find.

This is also an issue on HTC Hero CDMA with LiquidSense1.1 ROM.  I'm baffled as 
to why it's shipped with an apparently incompatible app.
