Wired Tether won't tether or connect.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64. Android 2.2

I have all required drivers yet I can not tether as well.

Win7 x64, Android 2.2 rooted (Phone client seems to work fine).

Same prob. How the hell do I install driver? The built-in tether worked fine, 
but this one won't accept the same driver, so where do i take the driver?!
