What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect using Windows 7.
2. Open Network and Sharing Center.
3. Note the Network number.
4. Repeat 1-3. The Network number is different. (Same for Local Area
Connections?)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My Windows 7 machine normally sees one Network / LAN connection through my
Ethernet router. Connecting and disconnecting or cycling power does not cause
more networks or connections to be created. when using the Wired Tether app,
more networks and connections are being created. I normally expect the same
results when connected to the same network. As I am having some other
connection problems, this is causing troubleshooting challenges. Windows 7 is
retaining that network connection information sometimes when cycling Wired
Tether (not Wired Tether's fault).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4-epic-4 on Epic 4G running Android 2.2.
