Connect internet via the computer by Bluetooth / USB. #8

My PC is windows xp and connect to internet. I want my Nexus One connect 
internet via this computer by Bluetooth / USB. 

My company did not allow WiFi and I have not GPRS service. Therefore, my only 
way is connect internet via Bluetooth / USB through my pc.

It seems this product can change the firewall rules and then connect to 
internet via my pc. How can I do?
