[Feature] Scheduling limit (minutes a day) #42

  1. Include time data in the Lecture Entity. DONE
  2. Add a time limit to settings. DONE
  3. Limit the amount of audio coming into the queue. DONE
  4. Show Statistics on the Queue Collection as well as the info at the bottom about the excess.
  5. Create tickets to temporarily expand the limit with some buttons on the end to select the type of expansion.
