TPS issues with wild animals during cold snaps

Original report:

during a series of cold snaps i started to receive a massive TPS drop (we're talking down to single digits) and after some very roughshod testing, i came to the conclusion it occurs when sea turtles from the biomes mod have hypothermia, as removing them was what suddenly let my TPS go from exactly nothing back to normal

• The turtles were wild animals.
• The sea turtle was on land for some reason at the time. It might have spawned at a smaller water pool instead of at the ocean.
