Modify solution for oMEDA in GUI #45

Right now, oMEDA is triggered from the GUI over a score plot. One way (thanks JM) to improve this is using the selection capabilities in matlab images. Basically, activating brushing (brush on) and then extracting the selected objets. However, it seems this does not work in current versions of Matlab, so it is not clear the way to do it.

Also, we use impoly, which is in the image processing toolbox....I would rather skip the use of any toolbox
