Create twbs-pagination.css #131

This is a alternative style sheet containing all the pagination css this plugin requires, without using bootstrap. One dependency less.

Is not bad idea at all, but I think is better to keep things separated. So, anyone can use Bootstrap 3/4 or a custom CSS.
