Help: one column doesn't work #100

Which Board? RGB

Which Board Revision? RGB = 2.1

What steps have you taken

What is the issue? Hi there,

I'm on the verge of finishing my first build ever but final test throw an issue at me, of course :(

The 4th column simply doesn't work at all. Everything else on both parts works but these 4 keys. I tried to melt the solder on each of the 4 diodes but no luck.

What kind of thing should I look for? What can I test with a multi-meter for example? (Which setting and which plot to test, what kind of value I should find)

found it! :D some pin on the mcu with poor soldering quality!
