Improve Sofle Choc build guide #133

Better docs for parts and socketing.

I've also included a link to some kits I have. Let me know if this is ok. I'd like to make this board available to more people.

I have no issues with that at all.

The main reason I don't include links to kits from 3rd parties is that I don't want to micromanage them when new pop-up and old go away. I also had one issue when I mentioned one vendor and later I started getting emails from their disappointed clients that they are not reliable and I should consider not promoting them.

But I have nothing against a link to your site offering the kits to people, that's awesome.
