[MMM:Ship] Tutorial Mode #15

Consider having a very slow tutorial mode that let's the beginning game player learn how to play the game at a relatively slow pace. I suggest restricting the learner to 2, possibly 3, equations in this mode. After the last equation, the tutorial kicks them out to the menu where they can either choose to go back to the tutorial or go into the real game. In tutorial mode, the AI is already scanninig to get an average speed of the player. So that, when they go the the real game, they have a starting speed. As they get faster, the game gets more challenging.
