Destroy Black Holes + Growing Black Holes #262

Black Holes should grow when they absorb an object.

If an area has a very large explosion it could create a black hole. (Maybe like a planet explodes? IDK)

Black holes can be slowly dissolved with matter paste. The paste must only hit the outside the black hole and will slowly build up on the rim of the black hole until it stops rotating and starts to fade out.
