All menus should be snapped to the side and be able to slide in & out. This both adds to the game feel and allows for the option of more focused gameplay. This also removes the headache of layout and I think it feels more sci-fi/modern. A sidebar can be used to allow limited features. Would be awesome if game UI could be moved around the screen or something to give users more flexibility.

Edge screen concerns with snapping menu to the edge of screen. Not all computers will react properly for that.

This ticket originally was going to work similarly to windows window snap image

Closed due to screen edge issues, and this is not as important as other tickets.
