updated vapor to 0.9.2 #199

Most games are functional. It only needs a little more work and clean up, but I wont get to it until next weekend. It works and its ready for use. Should even support 0.9.x games.

If you are so motivated, feel free to create your own release for testing until I can get around to looking at this.
