This PR refactors Gitnow's functions, snippets, and completions to make them Fish autoload-compliant. The suggestion comes from https://github.com/joseluisq/gitnow/issues/51.

Testing

Those changes have already been tested with Paket. But tests using Fisher and Fundle are also needed for completion.
